1 Introduction

• "Wagering Requirement" — the minimum aggregate betting volume required to be completed before Bonus Funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn.

• "Prohibited Activities" — any actions explicitly forbidden under Section 9 of these Terms, including but not limited to fraud, collusion, and exploitation of software vulnerabilities.

3 Account Eligibility

To register and maintain an Account on abs333, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which you hold an Account.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
3. You must register using accurate, truthful, and complete personal information. The use of false identities, aliases, or another person's information is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination.
4. You must not be a resident of, or physically located in, a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited or restricted under applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction.
5. You must not be registered on any self-exclusion register or be subject to any court order, regulatory directive, or binding agreement that restricts or prohibits your participation in online gambling activities.
6. You must not be an employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee or director of abs333 or any of its affiliated entities.

4 Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one Account on the abs333 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or IP addresses, constitutes a breach of these Terms.

4.1 Registration Information

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate details including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Malaysia, valid email address, and a chosen password. abs333 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at any time.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify abs333 immediately via [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. abs333 shall not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security.

4.3 Accuracy of Information

It is your obligation to ensure that all Account information remains accurate and up to date. Failure to maintain accurate information — or the deliberate provision of misleading information — may result in Account suspension and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

5 Terms of Use

By accessing and using the abs333 Platform, you agree to the following conditions of use:

• You will use the Platform solely for lawful, personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or business purpose without the express written consent of abs333.
• You will not attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the Platform, including but not limited to using automated software, bots, scrapers, or any other tool designed to access or interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• You accept that all games are provided on a "play-as-available" basis and that abs333 may suspend, modify, or discontinue any game or service at any time without prior notice.
• You understand that online gambling involves risk, and you take full responsibility for your wagering decisions. abs333 does not guarantee the outcome of any game or event.
• You will not access the Platform using a VPN, proxy service, or other technology designed to mask or disguise your true geographic location.

6 Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

abs333 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Online, Hong Leong Connect, and selected cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC). The minimum deposit amount is RM30 unless otherwise specified in a promotional offer.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. abs333 reserves the right to refuse any deposit at its discretion.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, where technically possible. You must complete the KYC verification process before any withdrawal can be approved. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated.

Indicative withdrawal processing times are as follows: e-wallets (Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay) within 5 minutes; DuitNow and FPX within 5–15 minutes; direct bank wire within 15–60 minutes. These timelines are indicative only and may vary subject to banking partner conditions and security review requirements.

6.3 Currency

All Account balances, transactions, and displayed amounts are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing market rate at the time of crediting. abs333 is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives offered by abs333 are subject to specific terms and wagering conditions published alongside each promotion. The following general bonus terms apply to all abs333 promotions unless a specific promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as specified per promotion) before withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements range from x10 to x25 of the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While any bonus is active on your Account, the maximum permitted stake per bet or spin is MYR 250 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus and associated winnings being voided.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games including baccarat, roulette, and blackjack typically contribute 10–20%. Specific game contributions are detailed on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and associated wagering requirements must be completed within 14 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Expired bonus funds are automatically removed from the Account.
• Abuse Prevention: abs333 reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings, and to close Accounts, where there is evidence of systematic exploitation of promotional terms, use of multiple accounts, or coordinated wagering activity designed to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Maximum Bonus Cash-Out: Certain promotions impose a cap on the total amount withdrawable from bonus-derived winnings. The applicable cap will be stated in the specific promotion's terms.

8 Game Rules & Conduct

Each game available on the abs333 Platform is governed by individual game rules accessible within the respective game interface. You are responsible for familiarising yourself with the applicable rules before wagering. The following general conduct obligations apply to all game play on abs333:

• Bets placed and accepted are final. abs333 does not accept requests to cancel, void, or reverse bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases of a documented technical error on the Platform.
• In the event of a malfunction, disconnection, or error affecting a game in progress, abs333 reserves the right to void the relevant round and return the applicable stake to the player's Account balance.
• Sports betting markets are settled in accordance with the official results of the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding a result, abs333's decision following review of official sources shall be final.
• Live casino tables are subject to table minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. abs333 reserves the right to amend bet limits at any time.
• Any attempt to manipulate the outcome of any game through collusion, the use of third-party software, or any other means constitutes grounds for immediate Account termination and law enforcement referral.

9 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the abs333 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension or termination, forfeiture of all funds in the Account, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable:

1. Registering more than one Account on the Platform.
2. Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification.
3. Using payment methods not registered in your own name.
4. Engaging in any form of money laundering, structuring, or other financial crime using the Platform.
5. Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker, live dealer, or sports betting markets.
6. Using automated software, robots, artificial intelligence tools, or any other device to gain an unfair advantage or to access the Platform in an automated manner.
7. Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or system vulnerability. Any winnings generated as a result of a software error must be reported to support immediately and will not be considered valid.
8. Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
9. Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward Platform staff or other users.

10 Responsible Gambling

11 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of abs333.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, abs333, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of funds resulting from your failure to comply with Account security obligations.
• Interruptions to service caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond abs333's reasonable control (including force majeure events).
• The accuracy or completeness of any third-party content, odds data, or sports results information displayed on the Platform.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, nothing in these Terms shall limit abs333's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by abs333's negligence, to the extent such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

13 Amendments to These Terms

abs333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, abs333 will provide reasonable notice to registered users via email or a prominent on-Platform notification. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised accordingly.

Your continued access to and use of the Platform following publication of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and, if you wish to close your Account, contact our support team.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions and any disputes arising from or in connection with your use of the abs333 Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. In the event of any dispute between you and abs333, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith direct negotiation via the abs333 customer support channels.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised, either party may escalate the matter through appropriate formal channels as permitted under applicable law. abs333's decisions on game outcomes, bonus awards, and Account status, made in accordance with these Terms, are final unless demonstrably erroneous.
